Hospitality
Do you restore masserie and stone houses?
Yes, we restore traditional Salento buildings, keeping their character while fitting modern systems, bathrooms and finishes.
Can you build the pool as well?
Yes, we build in-ground and overflow pools together with the outdoor areas, so a single site takes care of everything.
Can you finish before the summer season?
We plan the work backwards from the opening date you need and tell you straight away whether it is realistic.
Shops, bars and offices
Do you design the premises too?
Yes, we prepare the layout and a 3D visualisation, so you can see the finished space before work starts.
Do you also work on medical studios and offices?
Yes, we build offices, open-plan spaces and professional studios with plasterboard partitions, systems and false ceilings.
Can you work while the business stays open?
Where possible we phase the work to limit closing days: we assess this together at the site visit.
Turnkey renovations
What does turnkey renovation mean?
It means we take care of the whole job — design, teams, materials, systems and finishes — and hand over the finished home, with one contact and one quote.
Can I see the result before we start?
Yes, we prepare a design with 3D visuals of the rooms, so you can choose materials and colours with confidence.
Do you take on smaller jobs, like a single bathroom?
Yes, besides complete renovations we also handle single jobs such as bathrooms, kitchens, flooring or windows.
Swimming pools
What kinds of pools do you build?
We build made-to-measure in-ground pools, including overflow and multi-level designs, with steps, seating, LED lighting and stone coping.
Do you build pools for B&Bs and holiday homes?
Yes, pools are one of the jobs we do most often for hospitality properties and rental villas in Salento.
Do you also handle the area around the pool?
Yes: paving, pergolas, lighting and landscaping, so the pool is ready to enjoy.
Windows and doors
Which window brands do you install?
We work with Schulz PVC and aluminium windows, including the Sintesi, Exentia, Sekur, Luce, 500 Ecò, Lumex and Lumex Slide lines, plus Smoovio and lift-and-slide systems.
PVC or aluminium windows?
PVC offers excellent insulation at a sensible cost; aluminium allows slim frames and large glazing. At the site visit we recommend the right option for your home.
Do you remove the old windows?
Yes, we measure, remove the old frames and install the new ones, finishing included.
Systems
Do you install solar PV?
Yes, we install solar PV on the roofs of homes, hospitality properties and commercial premises across Salento.
Do you renew the plumbing during a renovation?
Yes, we renew water and waste systems in coordination with masonry, flooring and bathrooms.
Do you install air conditioning?
Yes, we design and install air conditioning sized to the rooms.
Drywall and finishes
Do you build plasterboard ceilings with lighting?
Yes, we build shaped ceilings, including curved ones, with light coves and integrated spotlights.
Do you do Venetian plaster?
Yes, we apply it by hand, along with other decorative finishes for feature walls.
Do you work on exterior façades?
Yes, we carry out rendering, exterior painting and façade restoration.
Design and 3D
Is the 3D design included?
Design is part of how we work: we discuss it at the first meeting depending on the type of job.
Can I change the design?
Yes, we review it together until you are happy with it, before the site opens.
Do you design commercial premises too?
Yes, we design bars, shops, offices and studios as well as homes and hospitality properties.
